That's because once you get in a tit for tat war with these hill billies, it never ends. Welcome to the 1,000 year war. There is only one way out of this vicious cycle. We need to get off the oil and stop meddling in the Middle East. In the mean time, we need to be very targeted in how we go after Al Qaeda. That means bring all of our troops home, except the special forces and start doing this thing from the air and with intel. Forget the nation building and for get the large land based wars of pacification. They don't work in that arena.
