Don't be an idiot. Unlike you, who defends the GOP even when they make obviously stupid moves, I have never claimed the Dems are perfect. In fact, I complain about them almost as much as I complain about the GOP. I just do my complaining about them over on the Obama thread. You see, when you are your own man, i-node, you don't need your party to do the thinking for you. You make up your own mind. I have my own opinions from my own research. I've always believed we should drill baby drill, but I just don't think it will really solve our problem, because we don't have enough oil in the US. The Dems are wrong on this one, as they are wrong on nukes, and as they are wrong on civilian trials for terrorists. Get it now? You may be a goose-stepping, sheep of the GOP, but I don't follow the diktats of any party. I do my own thinking. Having said all that, the Dems are more right at this point in history than the GOP is. They simply have better ideas on most things, including energy. The future is NOT oil. The future is renewable energy.
