Me and a bunch of my hippies friends saved the oil money with the Alaska permannt fund. 40 billion now and no state taxes and we all get $1,500 a year. And we put it in the constitution requiring 3/4 vote to touch the principle, so the Republican scum bags can't get at it (athough they have controlled the state the last 30 years) and we inflation proof first thing each year and no investing in alsaska. So we thought of everything and the money is safe from those scumbag oil whore legislators and will be there for the kids!! 12 Republicna legislators indicted or convicted of bribary in the last few years. Not one dem!
