"I thought Obama was a little further left than Hillary. " Why did you think that? He showed no sign of it during the campaign. Nothing in his voting record supported that, either. Now, granted, with all of the smoke the wingnuts were spouting could have led you to believe there might be some truth to it, but they are much more unhinged than normal... It was a perception.....nothing based on real facts. I was probably influenced by the wingers' reaction to his candidacy.........you never knew what part of their supposed 'horror' was motivated by his politics or by the color of his skin.
