I believe all stocks should be covered under a Bankruptcy. You still hold the shell. People don't realize this I guess. I hope they make them buy their short positions in previous company's. I wonder what the prices will look like. Many have long forgotten about their stock symbols and don't pay any attention to them on their statements. Those symbols could be bought up by someone in a reverse split. It's cheaper than going through an IPO. Then the shares are active again and you hold those shares. The company that buys the shell buys the assets of the shell including patents and some even have money coming to them. Maybe it could be interest or sometimes royalty payments. Just curious if they force the buy back. The IRS should really be interested in this income. If there is any. It would be funny if they have to pay premium money for them to buy them. Would serve them right. Food stamps for them soon. LOL!! Maybe just kidding.
