Fox is a biased news source, but if what Fox is reporting is fact, then I'd have to say this is a kangaroo court and those SEALs should be decorated for capturing this guy, instead of made an example of. In war, I'd expect a little tussling. But it's quite a different matter when prisoners are stripped and made to pose naked for American soldiers' amusement. The SEALs are heroes. The American soldeers who stripped the Iraqis prisoners are perverts and deserved the punishment they got.
