I'm sure the releases touting the hundreds of thousands of advanced orders will be following shortly. I think they probably want to build some momentum from day to day... Good for us though!

Michael, Yeah your right about the retailers. I'm not concerned though. I believe Syquest is really pushing the program at this point in order to lock in additional financing, (if I recall their special shareholders meeting is also planned for this week).

I doubt they'll be able to ship but a few drives in November, but I think the EdHeads know how critical it is for them to keep this particular promise in order to regain some credibility.

Next step for them is to show the SparQ at COMDEX and introduce the Rocket and SyJet 2.5. They'll probably soon announce they've obtained additional financing (more share dilution). Then they'll announce the SparQ is shipping. Finally, they'll issue some press releases about how they can't keep up with the huge demand (obscuring how few they're capable of making at this time), but with the additional funds are ramping up for volume production.

As a result there will likely be quite a few good trading opportunities over the next month or so.

In the long run, Syquest is still a dog stock.
