Yeah, I know little about him. All politicians must be narcissists at some level.

I don't remember who the Chairmen of the Republican party was 4 years ago or 10 years ago. It's a meaningless position the MSM is using as some kind of wedge issue "Look, insiders are unhappy with their black Chairmen". "He po'ed Rush Limbauch" etc. Who cares....

People care about the candidates, the background people may be important to running the machinery of political parties, but they're basically meaningless to the outcome of the election.

Republicans need to get their common sense articulant conservatives on the T.V more. Young voices like like Bobby Jindal and Sarah Palin. That would create interest this election cycle. Besides, it would be good practice for them to take some darts from the Obama supporting liberal media and hone their skills.

Biggest mistake McCain made during the campaign was hiding Palin away after a couple of lousy interviews. He should have let her loose. He was doomed to fail and become another Dole without her creating a firestorm.

As predicted BTW...

Yes. If you can't fire Michael Steele, kick him upstairs. Persuade him to run for something, or get him a show.
