Gary, It is my take from what you have posted that Richard West is essentially a stockbroker masquerading as an equity analyst. If he is writing research reports and selling securities to retail customers it does seem like there is an inherent conflict of interest. This is why they have Chinese walls in investment banks. Is this what you were trying to convey?
Second, do you have any idea where the majority of the equity of this security is held? I can tell you that institutional ownership is less than two percent and the top institution holds less than .05%. I would assume that the majority is held by non-sec-filing entities. (L.P.'s, VC's and private investors.) With so many shares outstanding and so little institutional ownership it will be very difficult to mount a significant challenge to management. Management holds less than 5% as well which is a plus. I think most of the other ownership will be unwilling to compromise because they probably own stock at significant discount to the current price. i.e.( warrants, convertibles, options, etc.) This is an uphill battle. Good Luck. (I plan to sell before the meeting, I am voting no to every proposal however.)

Gary,
Interesting comments about CCEE management withdrawing their
proposels. In fact, that's the best idea yet. Shareholders endgame.
My idea is to pepper AIGDC with calls informing them about who
they're really dealing with here. Not Softworks soley, but CCEE
generally. Do they really want to enter into a long term contract
with a company that has completely lost the confidence of it's
shareholders, who are pissed off enough to start (once again)
litigation, ie. sue the fu&*kers, against what, on the face of it,
looks like fraud. They are depending on Softworks to deliver a long term service, but with the way this co. operates the future is,
at best , uncertain.
Strong words, I know, but these proposels are just a crock of you know what. Let's hit them where it hurts, instead of the other way around. Instead of voting NO ON ALL 15 we should be screaming
WITHDRAW, and get down to business like most other legitimate companies. Thanks for the suggestion, Gary, you're spot on!
