Global Warming at least become Climate Change, most likely without the need to apply Chaos Theory. Obviously, I don't follow this issue. But this is a big eye-opener for me. I'd been hearing all about Global Warmning then all of a sudden it isn't anymore. It is "climate change". WTF? WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN? You just KNEW something had gone wrong with the entire game plan at that point. While less busy with the Global Warming, my guess is that right now he may be extremely busy with the Global Cooling in the UK department. LOL. And I think China may be wondering about all this Global Warming boondogle, too.
