That is simply not true. You are telling me that if a US woman is only 17 and has child overseas they are not a US citizen?? Are you kidding? What country do you think the person is a citizen of? Do you just make stuff up? So the child would not be a US citizen and couldnot come back to the US with their mother? Show me where it says that. The only thing the consitution says about age is that the president must be 35. >>Obama's mom was a US citizen, so a birth certificate is irrelevant. That makes Obama a citizen automaticaly.
