To all:

This is my first posting to SI. Just would like to inform you all that I have just spoken with Robert Aceti with regards to his complaint to the securities commission regarding BGO and AZS. You really should take the time to read through his website as it is very informative. He requested that I post his address so all can view. He is posting updates regularly.

To date Robert has received a number of emails showing interest and support for his cause. In order to take a stand for all of you that have lost money on these stocks, we need to join forces to voice our concerns over this deal. We have to force management to act in the best interests of all shareholders, big or small, instead of looking after themselves first.

If we are able to show solidarity on this issue, perhaps we can force this deal to a vote via a special shareholders meeting. This way we can confront management as to the merits of the deal, and have them explain how they have fullfilled their duties to the shareholders and received value for the same.

It is quite obvious that Mr. Johnson and others close to the companies have benefited greatly by promoting the possiblities of a take-over or joint venture deal. Why then should we not benefit and have our shares taken out at valuations closer to Placer Domes valuations? This deal does not only effect your shares in AZS and BGO, it goes a long way in affecting yours and my beliefs about the mining sector in Canada as a whole. We have already suffered from the effects of BRE-X (of which I was not a shareholder, but was affected nonetheless), but to have a property which has the goods, and then seemingly give it away and chalk it up to 'current market conditions', is not acceptable.

Mr. Aceti has given a great amount of time so that we can all be a bit more informed. He is not asking for a lot. Only $0.028 CAD per share to fight this cause. It is not a great amount of money considering our losses to date. Even if you can lend some support to this cause, maybe we can change the system somewhat, or at the very least, get a fair valuation and price for our shares.

Please show your support, I know I am.
