You're talking the end result, the process needs to start earlier and higher up in the Republican Party. If the party continues to be lead by the country club blue dogs that gives us a John McCain type candidate then we're hosed, and we're not going to win by going 3rd party. You'd have A 3rd party Presidency with 2 parties in Congress that he would be battling. Better to show the way with a Conservative Republican (like Reagan) than to go 3rd party. All a 3rd party conservative candidate in elections across the country would do is hand the liberal/socialist party victories for decades. By then we WILL be Venezuela. Sorry, that's the wrong path from the start. Jim
