Craig, they're playing games. The company is able to issue a max of 100 mil shares according to their charter as has been discussed before. From the issued shares figures they didn't issue the full 100 mil. The shares to be retired are more than 25 mil <see news releases> If you want then call Brad and ask him how that is possible that they have more shares in their "float" when you count the "retired" shares than was available for issue and where are they coming up with these #'s? Also has the TA sent any of these so called "retired" shares to the DTC to be taken off the books? And when will the TA process the rest? Think about this too this is the new story from the TA and if you have called them before about the float you would know the answers they gave didn't mean much as we are still going round and round with them. I think the TA is not working in the interest of Eutro or they are completely incompetent to take so long in processing and be giving information that dosen't match what they are saying from one week to the next. I have called the TA a few times and found their info to be unreliable. This is something I would expect Eutro to take care of in the near future.

IMO

Craig;

The TA has been changing total constantly. He has bounced from one figure to another it has been proven by the post's , at one time he claimed there was 150 Million shares issued to a caller. Eutro's limit according to their charter is 100 Million and I confirmed this with Brad I belive the real figure on outstanding shares before the proposal was 95,851,504 based on the following post;

www4.techstocks.com

95,851,504
-25,000,000
------------
70,851,504

At that time back in July the transfer agent had no reason but to state an accurate figure now when all the certificates are being called for he is jumping from one figure to another.

Craig did the TA..tell you that there was 110,000,000 in the float or was that your own math....I just got off the phone with the TA, Jim Donnelly and he told me that he never told anyone that ther was 110 million in the float or that there had been that many prior to any shares being retired...go figure....Jim
