Koan, I can see how you would get confused by the comma between the two phrases "citizen of the United States" and "at the time of the adoption of this Constitution."

Seems to be typical of liberals who claim to be intellectuals but can't even interpret the Constitution in its original form.

So you are saying Arnold can be President of the US. That would make you the only person in the US who thinks that. Even Ted knows he can't be.
