No matter who extends it, imo doesn't make it right. Extending benefits only delays the majority of people from making an effort. Its human nature to procrastinate, especially when you are getting paid to do it. The longer you extend benefits, the longer the average unemployment period's going to be. The more Mexicans are going to find work. Same as health care. The more free health care you offer the more people are going to be sick, because its free. The more its going to cost to get treated. When you have to pay for it, you are forced to be healthier to get costs down.
