You very much misunderstand me. I think Rockwell's announcement was in line w/what the public craves. I supect that Coms will beat them to the punch. I also think that others, such as Pair, have considerable advantages. I was reacting to those who say, not 1 mb, instead its gonna be 2,4,6,8 mbs, or whatever. Popychock. I think the public world be excastic, and the backbone and most servers swamped, at 350k or 500 kbs. Signing telcos and price are key, much more than speed above these levels. Doug
