The article on the Israeli approach says that it requires interviewers to be intuitive. Intuition is very difficult to train for.....people either have it or they don't. Most people are not very intutive......I know from experience.

> You can't train someone to be intuitive......its a natural ability.

You are hard-headed and don't know WTF you're talking about. Anyone who has read up on this subject knows that your remark is FOS.

It isn't about training someone to be "intuitive". It is about having the right people in the job who CAN be trained to do what is necessary. Ask the right questions and know when the response is bullshit.

To bull-headedly argue you can't train someone to do this job is ridiculous. Of course you can. Israel does it -- but the key is that the training is extensive and continuous. Unlike our bloated federal government they don't stick a bunch of workers out there with training on HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT without understanding the task at hand.
