The presentation is from October 2009.

And this is from November 27th press release by Sprott:

Upon completion of the amalgamation, it is anticipated that the holders of Orion shares will hold approximately 289 million postconsolidation Wintraysan shares, representing over 99 per cent of the outstanding postconsolidation Wintraysan shares and holders of Wintraysan shares will hold approximately 1.16 million postconsolidation Wintraysan shares, representing less than 1 per cent of the outstanding postconsolidation Wintraysan shares.

SRC currently owns approximately 79.3 per cent of Orion's outstanding common shares. Following the amalgamation, SRC will own approximately 79 per cent of the postconsolidation Wintraysan shares outstanding.
