The Democratic party (not necessarily people who vote democrat)has always been the racist party. The entitlement programs do nothing more than drive home the point that the minorities are not good enough to survive and excel on their own. Every gift that one takes from the government is another link in the chain of government bondage. It's not surprising that democrats are caught slipping up on a regular basis. And Obama has brought democratic party racism to new heights...just in reverse.
