The measurement of a person's credibility (or lack thereof) is by no means an exact science (especially when the only data available is postings on a stock thread), but as a long time lurker and shareholder I feel compelled to make the observation that Rick is sounding a lot more lucid and reasonable than certain other posters.

We must vote "no" to all of management's proposals.

Yeah, you sicko...You're SO qualified to 'critique' Greens' abilities as a lawyer, last I heard you gotta go to law school and pass the bar to practice law.
