This stock is truly incredible. You have to feel sorry for all the little guys out there, not serious investors, but people who have made enough money in other fields (business, medical, law), to have something worth investing. Then they get into the mother of all bull markets and everything they buy goes up. So they get confidence in themselves. Then their broker calls them and tells them of some great stock that's going to make billions of dollars. And they go and buy Zitel. Can these investors read a 10-K? Most of them can't. Do they have experience with sleazy CEO's who thread a fine line in conference calls? No. And why should they? That's why they have a broker. To help them with their decisions. And their broker tells them to buy Zitel.

Zitel is up 3/4 as of this writing. I am supremely confident in my short of this stock. There is no hope for profitability in any of its ventures. It's cash is 1.13 per share and that's all the value of the company. Less, since we know that they're going to use that cash to pay salaries for people who will not contribute value to this company (namely, all of their employees). Whoever said this stock was a $5 stock was being hopeful. This is a 75 cent stock. To me, a move upward like this is simply more opportunity for shorting. But when I short, I like to think that I'm betting against the big boys. It's almost unfair to think about what's going to happen to the regular folks who get pushed into this stock.
