Thanks for that BTW. NO, this is about whether Obama is legal to be president. Nothing else matters! Yes, absolutely, you are right - again :) If Obama is successful, nobody cares. (koan: yes people care when the law it involved). Here I disagree. In principle your are right - or rather should be right...but as long as he does a good job, the judges will remain on his side and not allow any legal efforts to lift that lid to go anywhere. Should it become obvious to a large majority, that he need be removed, well...then a couple of stones would be turned, believe me. And what they find? Who knows. Only the 'birthers' believe they know for sure. Just like the 'warmers' believe they know for sure, that the current world wide freeze is but another proof, that their Global Warming is safely on its way. /Taro
