I believe if it was after the turnover, it would have been Zona's possession with a mark off of 15 yards against them from spot of foul

If it was before the turnover, GB would have maintained possession and 15 yards in their favor.

I'm not convinced the helmet to helmet should have been a penalty. There was no intent. What is a player supposed to do in the course of a game, be a contortionist when in the last fraction of a second the opponents head is in your face?
