I'm midstream of Season 3 of "The Tudors," a fantastic show about Henry the VIIIth. It's been really entertaining and educational to boot!

It's those expectations that let us down every time. The actress who played the dead girl, the actress who died, I thought she was pretty good, but maybe the role wasn't all that much of a stretch for her. I've been on the road since the middle of last week. Heading home tomorrow. I saw Up in the Air and found it diverting enough, and when it was over I snuck into and saw the last half of Sherlock Holmes which looked pretty good although it was very loud, and mechanical.
