Navigator, not sure if it will help but I try to watch what the professionals are doing. Pensions are buy-side players managing enormous amounts of money, and can be described as risk-averse.

It is reported that retail investors are uncertain: staying away from markets.

There is heightened awareness of risks. Everywhere, we see scare stories and forecasts of doom. There's been massive criminal behavior and corruption, with justified backlash and anger. Market psychology is negative: sort of a post-crisis stress disorder.

The thoughts of pension managers should not be ignored.
