ETrash has to be held accountable for their incompetence. How can they deceive the public by cloaking their rank ineptitude with statements like "we executed 50,000 trades"?

ETrade should be shutdown on the basis that they ae not providing a service as advertised.

I don't see any complaints coming through on the Datek or Waterhouse threads..CNBC says the volume is off. Etrade still giving the authentication errors. As far as compensation...check back through past posts and talk to the lawyer. Seems that upcoming lawsuits could be a certain as a result of these system shutdowns/lockouts [this just from common sense]. Still not a word of explanation from the company to it's customers, other than the form letter excuse of last week...My response to Etrade is writing more Echecks into other accounts...Don't they say that patience should be a virtue? Well, any of the longtime Etrade customers that have posted here have shown patience to a fault..and now it's Etrades turn to either perform with much better service, or offer its customers a thorough explanation of just what the real problems are...and how they plan to fix them.
