i'm not down on anything - i have as many shares of ATPX as i had of LUNN - just a ticker change either you're spreading disinformation or your broker is an idiot you obviously haven't a clue as to what the situation is

DF: You post in the manner of a poor lawyer which is often very confusing; if you do not believe me just go back and read your scores of posts today from the point of view of someone who is trying to analyze the LUNN/ATPX merger. You are all over the map. You are also a prolific poster who does not take the time to prepare concise thoughts before hitting the submit button. Fewer and clearer posts would boost your credibility. Regarding your threats to report people on the TPRO thread to your friends at the FBI...you posted those threats more than once and to more than one person with no indication that you were anything but serious. Your current disclaimer is a tad late. Even if your FBI threat was in questionable jest you DID follow thru on your threat to report people to the webmistress...DID YOU NOT??? I have no way to verify that you have e-mails from supporters on TPRO thread who you claim are afraid to support you publicly because they "are afraid of the great and mighty Tokyo Mex".."probably out of fear of being abused like I was" HOWEVER i do know that YOU sent e-mail containing such language as "F**K You"...DID YOU NOT???? Have a nice day.. Count G To ALL...pardon me for introducing a sour note on a thread which has been very professional for many weeks. I am long LUNN/ ATPX and can be patient due to having read Doug and Sergios analyses and done my own DD. I do think it is important that we all know what mr. Furstenbergs track record is on SI. As another poster on this thread has mentioned today...he caused quite a commotion on the TPRO thread, threw threats around quite liberally and is very fond of seeing himself in print . The above aside he is obviously intelligent and has been posting on SI for less than 30 days.. Count G
