Today ANCR is a $5 stock: if it closes there, it will trade there.

I did not see any trade larger than 6400 shares (@ 5 5/8).

I think it is the Brocade marketing machine at work again. Remote management and diagnostics is a big deal in some applications, but Brocade is not the only vendor with this capability, as George's post pointed out.
