No, it WASN'T.

(The private econometrics firms hired by the Bush team as early as 2000 - 2001, not to mention the Congressional Budget Office's and GAO's analysis of projected economic trends all CLEARLY laid out the case for what WOULD HAPPEN if spending WASN'T CUT by mid-decade, to match the lost revenues from the tax changes.)

What played out almost exactly matches the fiscal developments that nearly *all* of the formal econometrics studies projected. (Even the ones that the WH hired to specifically include Laffer Curve "dynamic analysis" in their projections.)

You guys with no memories are just pitiful.....
