>>The selling is not institutional (see trx log below)...
While it may be true that it is not institutional selling now, the institutions sometimes start selling after the initial reaction (recent examples SEG, GTW).
If people who are not long term holders (3-5 years horizon) hold now just because institutions are not selling they may have to sell much lower.
If the investment horizon is longer it may not turn out to be a big problem as ASND may come backup.
Besides, dowe know what % is held by institutions now? I thought many sold before earnings.

The selling is not institutional .... I still believe an acquisition is in the works.

You may have a point, Gary; the dip in price and the volume are both lower than I would have expected on the Reuters news. (Of course, the price is already in the tank.) My read is that the prospect of an acquisition is what's providing support.

Speaking of the Reuters story: sure would love to see the actual text (anyone?).

With about 45% growth, good market share, and the lowest PE among the Networkers, ASND should be O.K. at least for several quarters. Am I missing something here? Ejabat should have indicated a 45% to 50% growth per year, instead of 10% per quarter. It just sounds a lot better!!!
