Pretty amazing discount the placement is being done at 15 cents and the stock is 24.5 cents. We have a bit of our allocation left at our brokerage but most brokers sold out I hear. The terms of the offering will be for units at a price of 15 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price of 25 cents per share for a period of two years from the closing of the private placement. The warrant expiry may be accelerated if the share price of the company trades at a price equal to or higher than 40 per cent of the warrant exercise price for a period of 21 consecutive days. All securities issued in the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period.
