Re: "The CA plan is for a GM like bailout by the Feds/taxpayers." I know that is what the "Gover-nator" is ASKING for but it ain't gonna happen. Not a chance. (Unless Idaho is going to get bailed out, OK, NY, etc., etc.) Dead on arrival. Even CA's Congressional representation was quoted today saying that "the federal government is not responsible for California's budget". California is going to have to meet it's own budget problems.... (But the Governor has made some very good suggestions, IMO.)
