yes, corrupt China Banking System is better, because - chinese bank is a public utility fund flow conduit, as a bank should be, and is effectively (even the publicly listed beasts) guaranteed by the state in so far as deposit is concerned - usa bank is a schema for pilfering, supported and underwritten by the pilferees, and are not making money primarily by providing a service but doing so as a market player in so far as question, part ii, <<and Political System is better?>> - we must wait as the systems evolve and see. but what we can say is that the chinese system never did systematic genocide whereas the usa system most assuredly did. i am willing to wager, and am wagering that in our life time, china would be more in tune with the usa founding father designs than usa is now and would ever be i say so because i believe the usa economic unwinding and empire political tightening is just getting started
