I really think that they need to be sure of what they're talking about because a lot of people can be hurt. I also believe it could put them in a place for a class actin suit. newcommers: yes there are but they looking for a quick buck and I dont even pay attention to the stuff they say.I think they think they can create panic that will move the market<gg>.
