Isn't that the truth. SI was a stock arena prior to 9/11. Now it's mainly politics. Interesting change in psyche. It's like our country too. Prior to 9/11, we were all focused on making money. Now we're focused on everything but prosperity.

All the Rs on that site are hoping for gridlock so there can be no more legislation passed under Obama after 11/2010.

Of course. You have a president who is an absolute amateur, with none of the experience that SHOULD be demanded of a president, and without any stops whatsoever. This is a totally untenable arrangement and the health care legislation is proof.

In effect, we are now run by fascists who are willing to corrupt our entire political process to take more control of our economy (having already taken over the auto and banking industries).

They must be stopped, which is the reason the MA election is so critical (although, it is folly to assume they can't buy a liberal R. like Snowe).

Never again should any American complain about gridlock. That gridlock is what protects us from fascism.
