One, they started using the terminology first. Two, they are certainly free to assembly where ever it is legal for them to. However, when they act ridiculous, others are free to exercise their first amendment rights to point it out. Your post is a perfect example of a very two-faced approach to the first amendment. It isn't a one way street, you know.
