OT- As far as I know you are correct about the ratio that the option holders get at the end of the takeover. The chance that the option holders would end up with all cash is very low. And the chance that ending deal is over $100 is pretty low. People who model this for a living usually do a pretty good job figuring out the ratios from past experience and the profile of the investment base.
