Mr. Bean: Yes Dr. Cowpland has many talents, maybe too many. But the direct challenge before him is how to get reasonably sized piece of the Microsoft Suite pie. The following is an old article, but it eloquently and authoritatively describes the "Microsoft Effect" as a relatively new economic theory called "increasing returns."
