You realize that waldomushman.com is just a front for Asensio ( en.wikipedia.org ) operation? This may add or subtract credibility to the claims dependent on your point of view. :) I'm not going to defend CSKI - in fact I sold my position and won't reenter, but you are right "Hard to verify these claims" and they may be taken quite out of context. :) I'm not directly familiar with China, but from my experience in Eastern Europe, company can claim different things to pay less taxes. It does not mean it's defrauding its investors, though perhaps it is not being straight with the tax authorities (who are possibly in it through the bribes ;).
