David, I also received a very polite call from Ms. Liza Ziegler of ATPX explaining the PRE/POST stock situation. She is the assistant to Mr. Gary Dominy, ATPX CFO.

Lisa Cigler (?). She probably was from the IR department since Fidelity

called TPG(ATPX) IR and asked them to call me. She indicated I was one of the first she was calling.
