actually, there is a lot corruption in Vietnam, also.

You just have to be aware when you give money, to give it to organization that don't allow funds to be touched by corrupt governments.

In Vietnam, I have seen many multimillion dollar projects that were funded by the world bank, the UN, and UNICEF.. that either didn't work at all, weren't completed, or functioned for a very short time. The waste is heartbreaking to see. The money all get stolen, or wasted, and the county is on the hook for the loan that benefited no one but the thieves.
