In all fairness it is obvious that the lack of movement is because
it is heavily day-traded. Kinda gets trapped in a range. When it
approaches they sell. Some for bid. Then it goes down and they
by back in. Needs to move faster to extend the day-trading range
to another level.

No Apple, this is the timeless story of the few taking the wealth from the many. Funny, the stock couldn't get over 24 3/8! Where did I hear the number before?
My wife (the eternal optimist) called me today wanting to know how Cymer did on this 232 point day. After I told her it was up a point she said, "Sell that stock"! I never heard her talk like that before! Lzzrd and Mason two attorneys that know all (no offense, please) threw in their towels. Lzzrd doesn't want to trade it and says, "the stock is telling us something". Mason said "the hell with this stock I'm out of here" Dick Cabuthead sold, Dr Frankenstien scared the pants or should I say shorts off everyone this halloween.
This is my profession and this has been my stock from day one, so I will say something besides a proverb. Here goes.

CAPITULATION HAS OCCURED
