Yeah, it's the same book. I think "The Possessed" is the more common translation.

edit - maybe you'll let us know what you think. I remember that, having read this book, many of the dilemmas of the leftists - including the 60's - early 70's in the US - seemed like attempts to break through an open door.

Nothing is new under the sun... :)
