Mr. Uncanny Vanni: Thank you for your more lucid elaboration of my post. There's no problem with your "Italian," is there! (Ha, Ha!)

Sounds like we're on the same wavelength with business law, but it appears you are now stating that you have no losses to recover in a civil suit, and that you do not wish to see Dr. Cowpland criminally prosecuted for alleged violation of insider trading laws, also known as FRAUD, more specifically, stock fraud. Please, in simple language, clarify your position:

1. Do you wish to recover losses incurred with Dr. Cowpland's alleged insider trading last August in the civil courts? Yes or no?

2. Do you wish to see Dr. Cowpland prosecuted in the criminal courts and sent to prison if found guilty? Yes or no?

If your answer to number 1 is yes, did you file your suit? If your answer to number 2 is yes, have you been pursuing the government entities having jurisdiction?

Finally, haven't you had enough of this non-sense? I give you great credit for your $3 by Halloween call. I think you are "The Great Pumpkin!" Where will Corel be next Halloween?

Put it Up, Up, & Away!
