Erik,
For what it's worth, Schwab is calling this a reverse split. They say that what has happened is this. We exchanged our shares in a 1:1 swap today since this was the effective merger day. Tomorrow, ATPX will do a reverse 1:10 split. Gets us to the same place in theory as if it had happened today-just in 2 steps. They say that as of today, you own exactly the same number of share in ATPX that you owned in LUNN. Freeze right there. Now, tomorrow, ATPX does the reverse split, reducing its float. Not claiming they are right-just passing it along.
