Surely, she's not a programmer. Good COBOL programmers should be able to get $50 per hour or more depending on location. If the price goes up enough, I might refresh my own COBOL skills. It's been a few years since I programmed in COBOL, but even a very small slice of 500 Billion might be tempting enough.
