Throughout history your so-called "OUGHT" has been defined by the tribe and the place and the circumstance. You "ought" to worship Allah or you "ought" to worship Yahweh, or you "ought" to take a black slave or you "ought" to follow Hitler or you "ought to take a male lover (ancient Greece), or you "ought" to deny women the vote (they are not fully human)--ancient North America circa 1900's. You talk as though "ought" was some platonic form. Let us not get silly. The "oughts" change from year to year, from country to country, from family to family, from church to church, from barroom to bedroom, from whore to philosopher, from cop to robber, from ME TO YOU.
