Mark and all - to deviate from my usual "criticise BVSI mgt" routine, I think BVSI has come a long way - though a long way still to go. Too bad that we were hit by the global whammy. Not BVSI fault. The fact that it sold the publishing division quickly bodes well. And I'd imagine it will show up in the next Q release - granted that it is a one-time gain, it's better to see that charges <g>.

$27/shr? I will go for that, although I think T may want to act fast. I am sure BVSI and FON have been winking and nodding to each other for the past Q <VBG>. And who know what would happen if WCOM lose MCIC bid to GTE? Or vice versa. They may have too much pent-up acquisition energy left that they want to blow it on BVSI <VVVBG>!

So, Mr (not Paul) Allen, this is the last chance to make a good acquisition by paying a mere $350M for BVSI, really 1/2 the amount LU is paying for Livingston!

rgds Bosco

p.s. Mark, have a great time visiting the mouse.
