These people are dead. Why are we not getting water to these people?

You remember, during Katrina, how you were blasting Bush? How f*cking complicated is it to import water on C-130s then helicopter it to where it is needed?

These people are dying. During Katrina, there was at least a reason (the Governor wouldn't allow American forces into the area). There is no excuse for the failed response in Haiti.

The USNS Comfort is still sitting in its port.
